Together, we curate intimate, high-touch experiences for female-born and genderqueer creatives, healers & high achievers who are ready to come home to themselves beyond performance & constant holding.
Our gatherings are designed for the ones who are usually the container makers—the visionaries, the caretakers & the deeply feeling humans who carry those around them. This is a time to come home to yourself.
R&R events are group coaching workshops rooted in building nervous-system awareness, queer community & intentional connection. This is where we create room for softness and transformation. This is where high-achieving humans come to be held, challenged & re-aligned with authentic expression & deep self love.

I'm Kianna aka Keak, a healer who believes that true wellness requires both science and soul. As a Registered Nurse, Coach, and Energy Healer, my mission is to hold space for your healing and help navigate the road back to balance.
Through a blend of evidence-based burnout coaching and soulful energy work, including Reiki, meditation, and Tarot, I help release the weight of exhaustion and embrace a life of radical self-love.

I am Rae Erickson (they/them). I am a 300 hour YTT certified Yoga practitioner, Vocalist, Intuitive Healer and Holistic Identity Coach at my company The Unbound Collective. I specialize in teaching Primal Integration tools like Vocal Embodiment, Somatic Movement & Raw Expression all with the goal of helping female born humans live as their unbound selves. Through a blend of body-based practices, emotional integration and intuitive guidance, I help my clients move beyond internalized shame, fear and conditioning-- especially around gender identity, the voice and sensual expression. June 20th: Root & Recreate | 9:30–11AM
Thank you for Joining us. In this event we encouraged a grounding morning designed to help reconnect with your truest self through intentional community, reflection, & embodied presence. In Root & Recreate, Rae and Kianna set the tone to guiding those who joined- in consciously slowing down in order to fully embody the magic of who they are. This intimate gathering was hosted at a private outdoor venue in Spokane Valley (address was provided upon ticket purchase). Thank you for those who came. We hope you walked away feeling more rooted in your values, inspired to create & connect to the community around you.
July 18th: Restore & Rise | 9:30–11AM
Restore & Rise is a restorative morning experience focused on replenishment, self-trust & gentle expansion. Through grounding practices & intentional connection, this gathering creates space to transform burnout & reconnect with your inner resilience. Hosted at a private outdoor venue in Spokane Valley (address provided upon ticket purchase), this event is an invitation to rise into the fullest expression of you while learning deep restorative practices. Leave feeling refreshed & empowered to live out loud!
August 15th: Revive & Remember |9:30–11AM
Revive & Remember is our final morning gathering of the summer season (but keep your eyes peeled for our evening event TBA!).
This event is devoted to breathing fresh life into the parts of yourself that have been buried beneath stress, conditioning or survival mode. Together, we’ll create space for reflection & embodiment while witnessing each other in authentic self-expression. This intimate event will take place at a private outdoor venue in Spokane Valley (address provided upon ticket purchase). Come ready to reconnect with your voice, your truth & the enlivened version of YOU!
